As the Director of Solutions & Sales Enablement, you will lead and mentor teams in Sales Enablement and Technical Sales, develop cutting-edge solutions strategies, and implement comprehensive enablement programs. Your leadership will play a pivotal role in equipping the sales team with the tools, training, and resources necessary for success.
Key Responsibilities
Solutions Strategy and Knowledge Management
- Serve as a subject matter expert in digital solutions for renewables, translating complex technical details into clear, impactful sales messaging.
- Develop and maintain a repository of sales resources, including playbooks, scripts, case studies, and competitive positioning materials.
- Capture insights from customer-facing teams to refine solutions and messaging based on client use cases and challenges.
- Collaborate with product/solutions teams to craft go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new offerings.
Sales Enablement Leadership
- Design and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy, including training, onboarding, and resource management.
- Build programs focused on product knowledge, competitive positioning, and industry trends within renewables.
- Oversee the use of CRM and enablement tools, ensuring seamless access to insights and resources for the sales team.
- Develop and manage sales channels and partnership frameworks to expand market reach.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Align Sales, Marketing, Technical Teams, and Customer Success to deliver unified strategies and enhance customer outcomes.
- Partner with Marketing to ensure campaigns, messaging, and sales collateral align with product offerings and market demands.
- Work closely with Technical Teams to deliver up-to-date product knowledge and customized solutions for complex customer needs.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to translate post-sale feedback into actionable improvements for future sales strategies and product iterations.
Performance Optimization
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for enablement initiatives, including training effectiveness and sales cycle efficiency.
- Continuously gather feedback from sales teams and customers to refine enablement programs.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve alignment across sales and customer success teams.
Team Leadership
- Lead and develop a high-performing Sales Enablement and Technical Sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
- Mentor team members to build skills and capabilities, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Set individual and team KPIs, providing regular feedback and performance reviews to drive continuous improvement.

- Extensive experience in sales enablement, solutions architecture, or sales operations, ideally within technology or renewable energy sectors.
- Advanced education in marketing, business, or related fields is preferred.
